I've been here a few times, and every interaction was friendly and cordial. From what I've seen, they're a hard-working family that do their best to help their local community and deserve everyone's business before their alternatives. I definitely suggest and recommend these guys, especially for the prices they have.
Showed up early, called to confirm before hand, super nice tow driver, took the plate off for me. Cash in hand, and even sent me a text after all was done to make sure I received the agreed upon cash and that I was happy! I will refer everyone to them! They were great! Thanks Cash4Cars!

The whole process was very professional. They gave me more than i thought the car was worth and they sent a tow truck with cash in hand. The tow truck driver was very sweet and fast. I would highly recommend to everyone. They even follow up to make sure you are satisfied. Very good business A+!
I go here because they pay in dollars and cents. There's another place near Whitmore Lake, a little closer to the farm, but their software rounds down (truncates) to the nearest dollar.

Be careful. The lady at the desk will give u a price and after u take the part off and bring it up. She almost doubles it. Was told 40 dollers gotit and brought it up and was told 75 to get it. Got same thing at another junkyard for 35. Nit lying to your costumers fig they will pay whatever u decide to jack the price up to sense they already soent thier tume in the cold removing parts would help

Working with Car Brain, they put me in touch with these jokers. We scheduled a pickup of my old vehicle for today, and nobody showed up. No call. I left work early to meet this time slot offered (last avail for the day) only to never see or hear from anyone. This is one unhappy dude. Update- I was able to schedule the pickup. They basically insisted they DID calk me 6 times, left a text message, etc. I never saw any missed calls or got a text message. Usually if I make a mistake, I apologize and move on. This company lied to save face. Enough said.
