Visited Dodson's and got the royal treatment. Staff couldn't have been more helpful. Dave showed us around the premises. Curt chased up some parts personally and overall a very impressive operation. The generosity even extended to our first Kansas Barbecue where President Obama dines. Thanks everyone.
I used to go to them all the time their computer made an error 3 years ago and overpaid me. Now they will not let me in the yard because of it. I think it's sad that you guys made the mistake and I have to pay for it. I will no longer ever bring metal to this metal yard. That's just disrespectful to the People bringing the metal in that you're recycling and getting a check out of to pay your bills. Shame on you
I called the day before I went; was told they had 2 cars I was looking for. Got there and was told "it's out there somewhere". I walked for about 40 minutes and never did find it. No help was given whatsoever. Wasted my time. All I got was aggravation and pain from walking. (I'm disabled) I've been to several salvages in my lifetime and have never been treated like I was here.

Nick was the employee who assisted me. Very professional, very punctual, and communicates well. Also has a great memory for customers. Getting everything set up was kind of a pain. Had to speak with 3 different reps (first the call center, then an agent who confirmed the offer, then dispatch to schedule a pickup) to fully sell my car, but once the process was past that it was smooth sailing.
I have bought 3 or 4 cars for my school kids from this yard. I really like working with them. Reasonable folks. My favorite salvage guys by a long shot. You can trust them. And they won't waste your time. If Daryl ever gets a little crusty on you, stop and look in the mirror. Figure out if you were crusty first. Peace.
LKQ had what I needed and I was able to check the availability online before taking a trip there. I was able to get the donor car locations of the vehicles from their website and that made it much easier. There’s plenty of 10mm bolts and fuses if you’re needing to stock up.
