My husband won't even bother going anywhere else. Fair prices, lots to explore and look at. I wish they had more Chrysler 200 but, I guess it's something that's good too. Tells me our car is definitely reliable. Great customer service.

The best Pick N Pull kind of junkyard I've every been to. Super get guys up there, of they say they will call you back they will. Very reasonable with pricing.
Wonderful! The price was good and the towtruck driver was outstanding! I really appreciate them helping me out.
Went by to look for a part and the door was locked and a sign on the door said to call a number because they were in the shop working, no problem. I called a couple of times and no answer but I figured that they couldn't get to the phone,no biggie. Next day I went by and the sign was on the door again but I got thru this time, they didn't have what I was looking for this time but I have bought from them before and they were good to deal with.
I have not been to this location, but, someone that works there helped fix my flat tire. I was traveling home to Michigan from South Carolina on January 3rd when I got the flat tire. I did not get the name of the gentleman that helped me, but, he said he worked at Lambert. I just want to say a big "Thank you" to him. I hope he see this.
When you need a part don't go here, she's never open and doesn't answer the phone. The owner let's her personal life come before her business.
Great service with parts for most vehicles. Pricing is excellent!! Just of the road.
Took my information, asked how much I wanted for it, I said I was calling places to get the best price, he said they'd try and beat my other offer, told then I had an offer for 410, they said they would match it (after just telling me they'd try and beat it) and asked if we had a deal. I responded with, why shouldn't I go with the other place if it's the same deal? So he snapped at me "well darlin, I guess you better go with them! Bye and immediately hung up the phone. So rude and I'm not your darlin. I'm a married woman. No worries though - you won't have our business. March 23, 2023 1:31 pm
Been here many times. I’ve always enjoyed the experience. The place is organized, and if you are unsure of where to look, the employees will be happy to help you by providing a map of the yard and where you’re going to find certain vehicles. There’s a $3 entry fee, which isn’t bad. Once you open the doors to the junkyard, it’s almost another world. There are vehicles as far as the eye can see. Just make sure to bring all the tools you’ll need. Wheelbarrows are provided. Once you pull the parts you need, there are pumping sinks by the door with gritty soap so you can wash your hands if you’d like. Prepare to get a little dirty when removing parts lol. The parts are by far priced cheaper than you could get anywhere else. For instance a lightly worn headlight assembly for a Honda Odyssey was over 80% off what you would pay brand new. So you definitely can get oem products for a great deal! I like LKQ because of how neat and organized the experience is. And the cool thing is it sits not too far from towering Lookout Mountain. So you get a pretty cool view while you’re working. One last word of advice tho, make sure to stay hydrated and bring something to drink! Because once you’re deep in the yard, it’ll take you sometimes several minutes just to walk back. Happy pulling!
