Great experience! I was told they had a part I needed. I called up to verify and Chris was very helpful. He verified they had the part and explained to me the process. I did the two hour drive up there. He explained his guys were removing a part for another customer and after that they would get to mine. In a reasonable amount of time they were back with my part. I paid what we agreed upon ahead of time and was on my way. As others have described, they were very friendly, reasonable in how long I had to wait, and the price was very fair. I would definitely do the drive again if they had a part I needed.
My car needed to be junked, unfortunately, but they made the process so easy, it was refreshing. A quick phone call, provided the details, and then arrangements were made for pick-up the next day. They came sooner than the given time frame, but other than that, no complaints! The tow truck driver was professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Payment was made out to me on the spot. Great service! Called, they gave me a quote that was better than expected for my son's old, hadn't run in months, Civic. Came out the next day, handed me cash and hauled it away. Tow truck driver was courteous, timely (called twice to let me know when he'd arrive) and efficient. Would recommend to anyone.
If you can't find your new or used Sled Parts here, chances are, you ain't gonna find it ! Upon my first visit to their huge inventory inside and 30 acres of retired Sleds, I was like a "Kid in a Candy Store" !!!! Great Service and got a super deal on what I was looking for. They even let me borrow tools.

This is an amazing place. Awesome staff. I was in a bind working on the road and needed a differential in a bad way. Simon took care of me greatly by getting what I needed, got my part on moments notice and put it in same day. He and his employee stayed til 9pm! that night to ensure I would be on the road next morning. I truly am thankful to this business an highly recommended them to anyone needing help. God bless
