Let’s start by saying this is not the typical junk yard and the staff here is amazing. My adventure started with Britt who was direct and focused with a good personality for controlling the flow of men coming in to buy parts. She was very helpful and is an asset to the company. The rest of the staff also did a great job i just didn’t have the same interaction. The field of cars, trucks, vans, suvs both domestic and foreign models available. I gave them 5 stars because their professional approach and courteous staff. Thank you.

I came in looking for a passenger side mirror, which I knew was an inexpensive part. I was told it would be 60 dollars for the part and 40 dollars for removal, (which took me 5 minutes to do on my own truck). I would have liked to give them my business but the price I was given felt insulting, especially considering I just purchased the part for 34.98 including shipping and handling. Perhaps mine was an uncommon experience but it’s worth noting.

I am still shocked at how easy and efficient this was. He was here and done within the hour and he was soooo nice! It was seamless. Definitely made my day, considering the stress that comes with dealing with cars. I don't plan on junking my cars regularly, but I would recommend them to anyone a thousand times over!

Did not separate batteries or my aluminum just threw it off in same place and paid junk metal price for all

Eagle Auto Towing was amazing. Hurricane Ian flooded my Corolla parked in the garage on FMB. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was courteous and calm and kept in constant contact until the tow truck arrived. The tow truck driver was also calm, friendly and empathetic about our loss. Scott was great. I wanted to get rid of my low mileage but old car that was beginning to cost too much for repairs. In addition, I had a family emergency requiring me to leave the next day. Scott gave me a quote on the phone and arranged to pick up the car to accommodate my schedule knowing I was in a time crunch. He handled everything, was very communicative and paid cash on the spot.
