After dealing with the lady on the phone who kept on repeating the same thing over and over again even tho I explained to her in a way someone of her simply brain capacity what the deal was she still kept on repeating her self .. yes I have title yes it's in my name yes I own the car . It was easy to get the information and everything, but they are misleading when they ask you what time you want your car to be picked up. They should let people know that it could occur at any time during business hours or after, and that if you live closer to the location of their facility, the vehicle will probably be picked up later in the day.
