I had a 2008 Toyota Prius which had its catalytic converter stolen for the second time in 3 years. Since I didn't want to have it stolen for a third time I decided to sell. I looked online and filled out a number of forms on various websites, got a call back from Cash For Cars, and called back after hearing their message. Lukas Kutka picked up and already knew my name and the car model. I described all the damage on the car, got a fair price minutes later, and agreed to sell. Each of the 4 people I talked to, from Lukas to the driver who came to pick up the car, were down to earth and courteous. I first called Saturday morning and by this morning Monday, the car was picked up and the check deposited through my phone and it already cleared. This had to be the smoothest no-nonsense transaction I have ever had with any company. Like anyone else I was wary and unsure of what to expect. I'm hear to help you lay your doubts to rest. This is a well run business.

The customer service person who helped me was amazing!!!!! She went above and beyond to help me. The gentleman who went to pick up my car was amazing as well. Great customer service and honestly so happy to have chosen them to take my car. I cried I’m not going to lie but I’m glad I chose them to get my car.

They offered me a great price for my car that wasn’t running anymore and the whole process couldn’t have been smoother with a free pick up the very next day. Irfan and Uday were very nice and professional. I highly recommend!

On time and professional. They will try to lowball you but you need to stand your ground I never take the first offer. Just remember they are not just junk in your car they will probably resell it or sell the parts either or there is more money being made off of it

I went on Google found this company that buy used cars. The car was not running, I completed a questionnaire someone called me, ask questions about my vehicle gave me a quote. I excepted the price. They came out the next day. I sign the pink slip ,they wrote out my check tow my car away. Happy am I. Don’t hesitate to call this company completely reliable.
