Bad Business!!!! Took in a vehicle that was registered and titled in the state of Florida under my name....scrapped/parted out the vehicle. I was not present nor did they have the Title or registration to prove the individual whom they took possession from was or wasn't the owner. I contacted them only to find out that the vehicle had been scrapped over a year ago!!!! I needed documentation to prove to the state of florida and Insurance company that the vehicle was scrapped. Your employee, I believe the name was Blake...told me that the state of Alabama System was down and would contact me as soon as it was up and running. Several weeks passed and no word. My mother went by to retrieve the documentation ....she was told that their computers had been struck by lightning. He then offered to provide documentation for the vehicle...but that it would have todays date ( not the date over a year ago when they actually took the vehicle) due to their computers being struck by lightning. I asked him why would it not have the date of the transaction, if its in the State System. He stated " because I'm gonna put it in today". He then began to avoid my questions and gave the phone back to my mother and said "I'm not giving you anything....and walked off. IDK what kind of shady business this is...but it is illegal to take a vehicle and scrap it or part it out without having a title or registration to prove ownership. Its called GRAND THEFT AUTO.....so is this place a salvage yard or illegal CHOP SHOP!?!?!? I will be contacting my attorney so you all can get ready! Also, the only reason im giving 1 star is because there is no option for 0 stars!

Bought an e93 seat from them recently, tensioner and restraint were both faulty on the seat. They were not willing to work with me — poor customer service.

Told me a price online, drove 2 hours for them to increase the transmission by $100. If they, play like this. I promise you better not think you have a legit warranty. They had a lot of parts I needed, but I rather driver a lil further.

They have a bunch of stuff and it's good for most parts but some things are ridiculous like charging separately for the center caps that were specifically made for those rims or the idea of a core charge on used rims. I don't understand how somewhere that sells used car parts thinks they should be paid for the used part and then require more money from you unless you bring them back your used car part to give to them for free so they can turn around and sell it as a used part or sell it for scrap metal. It just doesn't make sense even with the faq on the web page that they say it's about recycling.

Always have a great time when I get a chance to go. Customer service is always Prompt and Friendly. Coming here is like going to a favorite thrift store. You never know what you might get to come home with. Even if they don't have exactly what you came for, you're just about guaranteed to go home with something. I never leave disappointed or empty handed.
