I didn’t know what to expect when scrapping a car. Jeremy explained everything to me and was very helpful and generous with his time and answering my questions. He was very flexible in setting a time to pick up my car and it was hauled away the same day I contacted him. Jeremy is very personable and helps relieve any trust issues regarding the title because he is a licensed dealer.
Jeremy took care of my family like it was his own. He brought such a personal touch to his work that put us all at ease. I called and some snotty little girl answers the phone. I tell her I have a jeep Liberty Limited that I wanted to get rid of. Wait for it.... no lies...she said" we're passing" and then she hung up on me. Not a very classy business, wouldn't you say? If I were you, try other junk car places first. They are cordial and they actually try and help you. Horrible, horrible customer service. Truly a wow moment.
Only had one interaction with this business and it was unpleasant. The worker or owner in a blue jumpsuit was attempting to fight drivers for temporarily blocking his driveway while queued in line for visiting the local venue. The property is a potential health hazard burning trash or tires with black smoke rising from somewhere at the back of the property.
