Best scrap prices around. People are helpful and friendly. Would be 5 stars except they're known to close early or shut down shop for a week and the website says they are open. Recommend to call first before you drive there if you live a distance from the scrapyard.

Heard it was a good place to scrap. Tried to call first thing in the morning after they open, no answer. Left a message. Tried again later and whoever is working the phone answered and hung up, twice. I’ll take by metal elsewhere thanks.

Beware of this company. They promise you one price and then when the tow truck driver shows up they lowball you. He was quoted $500 on a car with key and title. Tow truck driver offered $140 for the car. So this company will just basically tell you what you want to hear and then hopefully strong-arm you into accepting their lowball offer. I would highly recommend dealing with somebody else.

I was quoted for $600 for my vehicle. After changing the pick up time more than once, when the driver finally arrived he only offered $350 then $450 after I refused. You will get low-balled. Do not recommend

In October of 2021 we called this company to what we thought was to junk a car that needed a repair to costly to want to keep. Quoted over the phone $750 dollars. We drove the vehicle to his business location. Where he proceeded to try and tell us the catalytic converter was not the original and basically tried to say car was worthless. It was very clear that we were being lied to by the driver. However we did not want the liability of this vehicle and settled for $320. This is not where the story ends. Last week we got a notice that the vehicle we gave up to be junked, was left abandoned on a street in Dolton. Which means this guy really made out like a bandit with this vehicle. The person who answered the phone I had to ask him multiple times for his first name, but his voice, it was all to familiar it was the same guy from a year ago. Be very cautious using this business, take pictures that he takes possession of the car, be sure to mail back the Seller information to the state. This guy sold this car, I am guessing without a title. Because whoever took possession of this car, never registered it. The man told me he would call me back, did not verify he had my number, and when I called him back, he told me I never sold him the car.
I was trying to get rid of my 1995 Toyota Corolla and everybody on Facebook was low balling me trying to offer me 150 $200 for the car and I got in touch with cash for scrap and they gave me $400 because they believe that was a fair price because most if the parts in the car we’re intact and they were original parts. If you’re looking for a scrap company please I recommend these guys.
