Purchased a clockspring for my car and unfortunately received a part that didn't work. Emailed them and they sent me a replacement that worked perfectly at no extra cost! Ship fast, fair prices and would highly recommend.

I purchased a hood from this company recently. They had me pay for it over the phone. I paid and recieved my receipt they told me it would be ready in 5 days from then. Two days later I get a call notifying me that the yard guys damaged my hood in the process of removing it so they would need to ship another from another yard to get me the same hood. The person calling me tells me I'd need to pay the shipping cost for this after having already paid for my hood. This isn't a good business strategy and if your guys damage my already paid for hood then that cost is on you, not me. I reluctantly agree to pay the shipping cost because I didn't want to miss out on the only available hood for my vehicle in the area. I show up on Saturday to pick it up and deal with a different person and let him know the situation and why there is an $84 hold on my hood. He waives the cost for me and gives me the hood. Had they not waived this fee I'd ve giving them 1 star and not going back but because this employee did the right thing and made sure the price was fair and exhibited good customer service I've changed my review to 4 stars and will likely purchase from this company again. I hope this review let's them know in the future not to charge the customer for their mistakes. If the next time I purchase something from this company this doesn't happen and I feel the price is fair I will change my review to 5 stars.
