They should let people know that it could occur at any time during business hours or after, and that if you live closer to the location of their facility, the vehicle will probably be picked up later in the day.

I've ordered a lot of parts and for the most part it's usually always a day or two later than what they say but I had a bigger concern when I ordered a transmission and was told it was going to be there Monday morning and didn't show up till Wednesday night. I called in Monday Tuesday and Wednesday and was just told when it gets there it gets there with no concern. I probably won't be ordering any big items like a transmission ever again unless a serious emergency and no one else has it
