This was a smooth process and I was pleased with what I was paid for a great vehicle with a significant engine issue. The process was transparent and the agent who walked me through everything was experienced and explained everything clearly. I was a bit nervous as I had only found them by Google but everything was super smooth. The local tower also communicated well and arrived when expected with a check and took my car away. I recommend them.
I have to admit I was super nervous. Got bounced around to different people on the phone. All very nice but could tell they were from other countries. They gave me a good quote for a Silverado we were junking. Got more nervous when they said they pay by check, not cash. The fairly local company set up towing arrangements the next day. Woman was very kind even when I told her I was nervous about getting scammed. They confirmed pick up an hour before arriving as they promised. Picked it up, left the check, check cleared with my bank the following day. I'm a real person, that was really scared of getting scammed. This was super easy! Everyone was so kind! Would absolutely use again and recommend highly!
The company was very professional. They communicated well. I was able to get my damaged vehicle removed from my driveway, in 3 days. No hassles, smooth transition. They explained everything, made it easy. I got money for car.
What a shame.we just moved here and was looking forward to serving Boyd’s as we definitely had some good business to give them. However the Lack of communication and was told they have vehicles holding a part I needed but it was out back somewhere and they weren’t going to go look for it, turned my head elsewhere. Best of luck aside from my experience I have heard good things.
He was very nice on the phone when I called , came sooner than what I expected to look at the car. Gave me a free quote, a decent price, sign my title , and cash in hand. Then literally came a half n hour when he said he would be coming to get the car. It was so easy. I definitely recommend this place.

Site says they go to Connecticut! I only asked about warren, ri, which is 5 MINUTES AWAY from them and was told they only do Massachusetts. Give me a break! Just pure laziness on their part.
I called because I had left some personal items in a vehicle after a pretty bad accident, explained to a nice lady named Kara over the phone that I had left to photograph of my grandfather and my brother and my center console and she said that she looked for it get it packed up and if anything try to mail it to me, literally such a sweet lady in some terrible circumstances thank you very much kara I hope you get to see this.
