Our beloved Mini Cooper, after 205,000 miles had finally given up the ghost and was ready for that great salvage yard in the sky. Cash for Cars made the whole process easy and gave me a fair price for my car. I highly recommend Cash For Cars if you have a car that's no longer worth repairing.
Everything went very smoothly from beginning to end. Johney was very helpful when I called to inquire about the online offer. He answered all my questions and explained the process. He directly connected me to Jenison to move to the next step who was helpful and made sure I understood the process and checked to make sure all my questions and concerns were answered. I was then directly connected to Becky at Copart to discuss vehicle pick up date. It was nice to get everything accomplished in one call. Tow Driver called an hour before he was coming on pick up day. He was very nice and polite and right on time and had the check in hand. He did his paperwork took his pictures of vehicle and hooked up and was done in no time. I have to admit, I was skeptical at the beginning but everyone involved proved me wrong by their great customer service and keeping their word through the whole process. Thank you for the smooth, stress free experience. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

I noticed my temp Guage was running higher than normal. It was starting to rise so I pulled over had wrecker take it home. It never boiled over. I started it at home and drove to this place 1.5 miles keeping eye on guage It ran perfect. 2 weeks later they call and replaced the water pump and radiator And said head gasket blown what the heck it was not when I took their. It was not when I took it their !!! The strange thing when I went to get it The young lady at the counter when I mentioned it. Suddenly 3 guys standing Behind me. I never spoke loudly or threatening I am 64 and disabled. Paid my 700.00 ducked my head and left. JERKS Discovered they had never put drain plug in radiator. So they ran it without fluid UGH
Raju helped me through the entire process! Was always quick to respond and clear about instructions. Very helpful! They paid me for what my car was worth and came to pick it up the next day after I finished everything on my end. Super easy and not once stressed!
