I’m always worried about getting scammed but this was a great experience. Easy, they honored their word and they were quick about it. 10/10!
The purchase went smooth and easy. Arthur my rep was easy to deal with, made everything clear and concise and followed up to make sure everything went smoothly. Everything he said would happen happened when it said it would happen.
They had my truck for over a month just to fix the brake lines. I called 5 different times in 2 weeks to get the price and they kept beating around the bush and finally told me it would be $450 which I already thought was steep but didn't argue then when I got there to pick it up he raised the priced to $560 and added other unknown charges. When we questioned the amount and said we were quoted $450 he started yelling at the top of his lungs in both my and my husband's face and telling us to get off his property without our vehicle. We ultimately had to pay whatever the "extra charges" was for but I got the whole thing of how he acted on video. This was the worse service I've ever dealt with and I hope no one else gives them any business.

Troy's Wrecker Service did us right in a time of need. The company and driver were very professional and compassionate about our situation. We broke down Thanksgiving day in Shepherdsville KY 200 miles from home and Troy's wrecker service got us home and did not take advantage of the situation when figuring the price. The price was fair and they came right to us and brought us and our jeep home. This company is top notch and the driver very professional respectful and took care of our vehicle the entire trip. Clean trucks, clean driver and was a good ride home. We can honestly say all experiences in those 2 days made it the best Thanksgiving we have had in a long time. Not from the area but Wolfe is hands down the best! Was onsite within 15 minutes. Hooked me up with a few shops to take my truck too. Also offered to Uber me around if I was unable to leave town. Next time I come through Grayson I might just get a tow to hang out for a while again.
