The scheduled pickup was a couple of days delayed beyond the original date they told me, but once pickup was scheduled, the driver was courteous, on time, with a check in hand, ready to go. Abdul was responsive and courteous. The delay in pickup was due to truck availability, not human delay at the company itself.

Getting everything set up was kind of a pain. Had to speak with 3 different reps (first the call center, then an agent who confirmed the offer, then dispatch to schedule a pickup) to fully sell my car, but once the process was past that it was smooth sailing.
