Website says no title, no keys needed but when I called they said they needed both. False advertisement. Reported to BBB.

Calling to sell my vehicle was a breeze. I ended up speaking with 3 different people over the span of a week, because I was initially indecisive if this was the route I wanted to take. They were extremely patient with all of my questions and took down all of vehicle's information and made me an offer. I wish it were more, but it is what it is. I was instructed to call Copart, the lot that it was designated to to schedule the pick up. I spoke with Maria, who was super helpful and wasted no time, as we spent less than 7 minutes on the phone. The following morning Martin, who was the driver, arrived much earlier than I anticipated, which was GREAT! He explained everything in detail, walked me through the signing process and proceeded to inspect and load my vehicle. Even with my old truck being unable to start and parked in my rear entry driveway, he was able to maneuver it onto his flatbed. Impressive! And I can appreciate him not being noticeably frustrated with all he had to do. Overall, if I needed to "recycle" another vehicle I would definitely be calling them back!

DON'T WAIST YOUR TIME. said they were gonna come pick up cars after it dried up some and i waited days just for it to rain again. It was the second time I've called and was told they wanted the cars just to never hear anything back. Was told I'd get $300 for cars with the muffler and engine I literally got $100.

Had my car stolen was looking for it.Need strict laws for people selling cars without key and title..its called theft!!!!

I noticed my temp Guage was running higher than normal. It was starting to rise so I pulled over had wrecker take it home. It never boiled over. I started it at home and drove to this place 1.5 miles keeping eye on guage It ran perfect. 2 weeks later they call and replaced the water pump and radiator And said head gasket blown what the heck it was not when I took their. It was not when I took it their !!! The strange thing when I went to get it The young lady at the counter when I mentioned it. Suddenly 3 guys standing Behind me. I never spoke loudly or threatening I am 64 and disabled. Paid my 700.00 ducked my head and left. JERKS Discovered they had never put drain plug in radiator. So they ran it without fluid UGH

Wonderful experience. Very easy and they walk you through the simple process. They came the next day on time dropped me a check and picked up the car. Thanks guys!

Seems like a scam to me or something. Called saying i was trying to get a quote for a car to be picked up. Just said "no." Weird customer service. Doesnt seem legit.
