After reading the reviews, I was nervous about using this company. However, the process was extremely smooth from the quote to meeting the tow truck to transfer title and receipt of payment. We live 7hrs from where our car was considered total. The tow truck company called us several times to check our ETA. Nothing but professionalism! Would definitely recommend!
Due to an unknown problem, my Pontiac Vide engine had a blown engine. Cash for Cars provided a reasonable offer to buy my non-running car. We met at the car to exchange keys and title for a check. What a nice and quick service I received. My car died and didn’t know what to do with it, so I called, spoke to Maria who helped me process with such ease. Then confirm with another ( still no stress) and then lastly spoke to Kim, who calm my final stress level when she scheduled the car pick up.
