After dealing with the lady on the phone who kept on repeating the same thing over and over again even tho I explained to her in a way someone of her simply brain capacity what the deal was she still kept on repeating her self .. yes I have title yes it's in my name yes I own the car . Can you give me a rough price . Nope just jumps down my throat and kept on going . If the owner of this place sees this place get rid of the lady from monsters inc you'll get more business that way
I submitted my info for a quote, and multiple towing companies offered to come pick up my car. One place promised me they would come the next day by 12pm, but never came. The second place promised to come the following day, but they never came either. I missed two consecutive days of work for nothing. Then both companies called me 6 days later. Never again
It was easy to get the information and everything, but they are misleading when they ask you what time you want your car to be picked up. They should let people know that it could occur at any time during business hours or after, and that if you live closer to the location of their facility, the vehicle will probably be picked up later in the day.
All the great reviews here on Google are well-deserved. Oliver was courteous, pleasant and efficient with my late evening call. Next day, via text, Abel kept me informed of his schedule and got my car hooked up quickly. It was all so much easier than I could have expected. After 263,000 miles, I think my 2007 Ford sedan was happy to be headed back to PA to rest in peace or in pieces. I just wish I had petted the dog! 🙂 Definitely will recommend this company to others. 👍✔
