Drove 2 hours for a bad-finish replacement wheel isted as "$40 actual" online, but when I get there, it is disclosed that's there is a $20 core charge. It doesn't even make sense; if you're going to rehab a wheel, use the one you have. Drove back home empty-handed. $60 for a curb-rashed wheel is a nonsense price.

I called today at 3ish to get my car towed away.. by 5:00 pm same day it was hauled away to the junkyard.. good riddance.. I didn't care to get any compensation since I wanted it gone.... it was a 19996 coralla. The gentleman was very polite and had me fill out a form since I didn't have a title or the keys..and now its gone to a better place.. for everyone - I highly recommend this place 👌 10 stars and they are serious angels for offering this service! It is one last thing that I cross off the list since my fathers passing....
I prefer to give my business locally. Not wanting to deal with out of state or large companies I decided to Google local auto recyclers and I'm so glad I did! The experience was flawless, punctual, professional and super knowledgeable about the area in general. This business will stay in my phone's contacts!

What I learned: This company will auction off your car. And at an auction if they transfer the title wrong or don't communicate with the DMV that your car is JUNK, it will come back to you because you owned the car last. This mistake results in huge fines. I had no idea how that worked until I did my own research. The person I spoke with could not answer my questions and did not give me confidence they would do this. When she did answer, it was almost in a "you didn't know this?" tone and still did not make me confident in their business. I was not willing to risk it. For me, I was willing to get less money in return to feel confident that the task was done well and the car junked, as it should be. My experience: I called about a car I had to get rid of and immediately everything felt frantic and like it was on a time crunch. I was rushed through paperwork and back and forth phone calls. When I made a mistake the caller swore (seemingly at me) and was upset despite it being a simple mistake. I ended up not using them because of the way they handled things. The agent was kind but seemed to be there for one reason only ($) and when things didn't move to her pace she was frustrated. I also had to talk to multiple people to set it up. one to get the offer, the other to finalize, a third to schedule and a fourth to schedule the pickup.

Great service. I've known Pierre for a few years now and he's always been a legit and straightforward businessman. I just purchased a vehicle from him less than a week ago now and am very happy with the vehicle. Great place to shop for a used vehicle with low mileage and reliable work done under the hood. 5 out of 6 stars for sure!!

My overall experience from beginning to end was extremely satisfying. They helped me through the process, made a fair offer, and handled the entire purchase including a prompt pickup of the vehicle in a timely manner. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them, and use them again myself.
We called just after 9am and were pleasantly surprised to hear that a truck would be sent in an hour. Our car was undriveable, in a garage and one wheel was unattached. The driver handled a difficult load-up with patience and proficiency. It was a painless transaction for us. Many thanks to a very helpful and courteous driver!
I have been going to these guys for years with consistent positive interactions. They are straight shooters and get right to the point. Their prices are great with no corporate sharks dictating prices. I have been to many yards that charge near retail, Hilltop maintains scrapyard tradition of the supplying people with parts that can actually save them $. Many times they will go out of their way to either get the part for you, or let you go on a hunt for that part yourself (which is more fun). Keep on doing what you're doing.
