I'm from Louisiana and Jack's shipped me a hard to find core headlight for my 2017 Chevrolet Sonic. I pieced three headlights together and fixed it. They gave me a great price as well. I enjoy coming here with my husband. 3 stars because of decent inventory. The guy at check out counter was extremely friendly too which is always a plus. They have a person at the gate who checks you, but it’s not a huge deal. They don’t get more stars than that because they are more expensive than they should be for basically a landfill for cars, not to mention you have to take things apart yourself and the risk of buying used stuff. Other places are cheaper. Either way, very happy about my new fender.
Was able to find a replacement motor for my truck. Good service, the communication could be a bit better, but I would recommend and gladly do service with them again.
