Tom was great taking my order and helping to explain the issue I was having with my car. I received the part fast and it worked great and got me fixed up. They will be my next call on parts for sure.
Ordered these Friday they just arrived today (Tuesday) Tom is the gentleman who I spoke with he even had the courtesy to call me and tell me shipping had gone up and asked if I wanted my money back I’m still in these cheaper than some remand that are painted off eBay plus they have the center caps minus one and the monitors! Very helpful staff! They pick up their phones. Good selection. If you are unsure about the price of a part, ASK, before you waste your time pulling it. I went to 3 yards and watched people in line act surprised when they went to pay, leaving the part behind. I will return for more car parts in the future.

They are trying to remove this review!! They have removed it three times so far

I needed inexpensive,but reliable used tires for an older vehicle we have and 3 bs was great and I got what we needed at a fair price. 3 days later again the old van wouldn,t start and found the battery wouldn,t charge so again 3 b,s auto rescued us with a reliable used battery at a low price and a yr warrenty on it.worked great .I had never been to 3 bs before but glad I went.paul was very helpful and very nice and so was the young lady working the counter.As older people on limited budgets I appreciate all their help and done in a timely manner.Thanks again.Glad your there.

It took me a while to write this review for the rims a purchase from this company. I originally ordered 4 rims from them. I was working with a guy name Jay Hedrick. He reached out to me and told me one of the rims were bad. So there were only three rims he could sell to me. I made sure to ask him if any of the wheels are cracked or bent before buying. He reassured me that there is no such issue other than just curb rash and scuffs. I have emails as proof if they try to deny it. I eventually picked the three rims up after they arrived at their shop. Initially, It took me a while to get the wheels refinished, painted and the right tires before getting them tire mounted at a shop. By then, the return warranty was up. When I eventually got them installed, the workers at my local tire shop told me one of the rims was extremely bent. It was so bad, I am surprised that jay told me by email:"my shipping department looked them over pretty good". I guess they never did or did a bad job at looking them over. By then, It was too late to get a refund since it took me some time to get rim refinished and painted. I had no clue that one was bent until i took it to the tire shop. It turned out that 2 out of the 4 rims they were selling were bad, yet they still sold me one of the bad ones. I am dissatisfied by my experience with this company. Not sure if they will do anything but for anyone buying rims from them, make sure to check them at a shop as soon as possible. I trusted jay and ended up being screwed.

Had Erickson haul away a junk car. They were the first place we were able to call and get a decent price and get it scheduled for the same day. They barely asked questions and got it done. The other places wasted our time with terrible offers and poor scheduling. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because they priced it lower than one of the other companies that wasted our time. At least Erickson stuck to the quoted price though.
