When I couldn’t find anyone to help in my area I reached out to this company and they made it happen. They are family owned and the woman on the phone treated me like family. They were fast and very understanding. I would use them again and again and have recommended them to everyone I know.

They forgot about my appointment, then they only gave me $100 for the car. If I hadn’t been so desperate to get rid of the car I would’ve looked elsewhere

Provided very easy and stress free experience with purchasing my vehicle and gave a very fair price for it. Will be recommending to friends and family.

The process for picking up my vehicle was so smooth. Talked to them to get everything set up and the next day they were picking up my vehicle and handed me a check on the spot

This company was not helpful or upfront with their process and charges. They did not tow the vehicle where they were asked to. Their charges are astronomical. Their customer service is lacking. They were rude when I questioned the additional charges and called me crazy and hung up on me for asking for an itemized bill. They took advantage of the situation and behaved unethically. Would not recommend them. Over $600 to tow a vehicle less than 30 miles is NYC pricing, not South Georgia pricing. As a friendly follow up to your rebuttal of my review, kindly report accurate information. The accident happened shortly after 7pm, not midnight and it was not handled by APD. The accident report disproves your late night call out claim. Dispatch called you although you were not requested and no one notified me of impounding. I called you within 15 hours of the accident, not several days later. I have electronic documentation to back up all of this. I have quotes from other companies in the area for 1/3 of what you charged. Your claim that I received an itemized bill is laughable because you refused to provide me with one. As far as the repairs, of course they will be much higher. You cannot compare parts and labor to replace half of a car to a one time tow service call. My business with them is none of your business, so no need to worry about what review I leave them. It doesn't look good to deflect instead of taking ownership. Point blank, you took advantage of a lone, female, out of town traveler who has good insurance. Your business practices and ethics are questionable. Taking advantage of others and being deceitful is never prosperous in the long run.
