Not really sure what I think/feel. Called them looking for a Subaru part. I wasn’t sure what the part was called and the guy on the phone was very impatient and told me to send a text with the picture info and misc information about it. I did that as soon as possible as I had the picture. This was about 3-4 months ago. Haven’t heard from them yet. I ended up calling and getting my part from a place in Cloquet. However I wanted to give them a second chance. Called them up to junk out my vehicle. They had it towed the next day with no problems. Talked to Spencer. Friendly, helpful and patient with all my questions.

Outstanding customer service, polite, personable, efficient staff. Tyler exceeded my expectations and will recommend shipman's.

Would give 0 of possible bought a box online over a week ago. Got told 3 to 5 days removal and should be ready. Head out over 2 and half hrs to get told they removed a rusty bed. Why was I able to buy a part if it was already sold. If they wanna make this right refund me over 140 dollars for gas money it cost me

It's a hit and miss if they have you part. Not anyone's fault. Anyone complaining about that should realize nothing in life is a guarantee. complaining about a $5 cover charge, well they gotta pay bills somehow. Let's complain about $30 movie tickets, now that's a rip off. No complaints. Just wish they had what I needed when I go. But just keep trying.

This was listed as A condition, it's a C condition door. Someone needs to learn how to grade parts, this is a $100 door that was represented as a $250 door.

Better value then 2 other yards I tried and more importantly they took the time to get me the straps I needed which no other yard offered. The wait time was more than expected as not all my parts were ready for pickup when I arrived, but the service and value were worth it. Will be back
