They were courteous and quick to respond ... especially when 2 others I called before them didn't seem to give a hoot!! The gentleman I spoke to yesterday also went the distance to help me figure out the exact part I needed. The price for the part I got from them was well within my price range!! Will definitely use again should the need arise!!
We Couldn't find a fuel tank for an Infiniti, built in 1994, in which the manufacturer, Infiniti/Nissan, discontinued making. So about 2 weeks ago I finally used a locator website, in which Flower's was listed as having the part. It's quite a distance away, so I knew it was best to call first. The gentleman who answered the phone was doubtful that they had the tank, but he said he'd look. He talked to me as he searched the inventory on the computer, but unfortunately they did no't have the fuel tank. I'm so used to getting no's, as we've been searching the entire country for way over 6 months. However, his no was different. He actually told me "DON'T give up, it's out there somewhere!" (What! I almost passed out)! Unlike the past no's, in which I ended the calls feeling like an annoyance to someone else's day, I really appreciated this gentleman's kindness. He gave me hope, and such wonderful service. I had a smile on my face and hope in My heart when we hung up. I can't explain, but on my very next phone call, which happened to be the last 'local' number on the list, 1hr 45min away - I received a YES! He left immediately to pick up the gas tank and had it installed on the exact same day we spoke 2 weeks ago.. Funny how the gentleman didn't believe that he had it, but turned around and made me believe someone else would. Sir, I thank you so much for such a great experience. It needed to be told to everyone!

I have to say, I was a little skeptical, when I called the number on the their website. Never used cash for cars before I always traded in each of my vehicles. However I had a suv that needed a lot of repair work and the dealership wasn’t giving much for trade in. I ended up getting more money, everyone was very pleasant to work with, the process is pretty straightforward and easy. They even came and towed the vehicle for me. Happy customer here.
