The owner may be kind of short with you on the phone bc he prefers someone to come and see for themselves what he has. I think this has a lot to do with how busy he is. If you come to this shop actually needing something to get your wheels rolling again he really can be the best out there at understanding and helping you in a tight. When I call he always tells me to come and see what they have. The old man removing the parts don't much want to help a whole lot but just ignore his bad day and let him know everything you want off the vehicle and he will reluctantly ask the owner over his 2 way radio about it! It may not be the most friendly business on a personal level but he's there to make money not to accommodate your emotions. He has helped me WAAAY more than anyone else on his pricing and I'll always go here first. Business not emotions!!

This company was not helpful or upfront with their process and charges. They did not tow the vehicle where they were asked to. Their charges are astronomical. Their customer service is lacking. They were rude when I questioned the additional charges and called me crazy and hung up on me for asking for an itemized bill. They took advantage of the situation and behaved unethically. Would not recommend them. Over $600 to tow a vehicle less than 30 miles is NYC pricing, not South Georgia pricing. As a friendly follow up to your rebuttal of my review, kindly report accurate information. The accident happened shortly after 7pm, not midnight and it was not handled by APD. The accident report disproves your late night call out claim. Dispatch called you although you were not requested and no one notified me of impounding. I called you within 15 hours of the accident, not several days later. I have electronic documentation to back up all of this. I have quotes from other companies in the area for 1/3 of what you charged. Your claim that I received an itemized bill is laughable because you refused to provide me with one. As far as the repairs, of course they will be much higher. You cannot compare parts and labor to replace half of a car to a one time tow service call. My business with them is none of your business, so no need to worry about what review I leave them. It doesn't look good to deflect instead of taking ownership. Point blank, you took advantage of a lone, female, out of town traveler who has good insurance. Your business practices and ethics are questionable. Taking advantage of others and being deceitful is never prosperous in the long run.

This company was such a breeze to do business with. They didn't pressure me or blow up my phone up like a prior company I had been working with. Very good customer service from start to finish. Gave a fair price firm my vehicle and provided towing. Tow company they use was on time and excellent as well.

I would recommend Don's Wrecker Service. Prices are very reasonable driver was very courteous and major polite.
