I had not purchased a used engine for a car in a very long time ... this establishment.. not only backed their products.. they allowed me to inspect the engine .. top top notch. Professional.. respectful.. and I'm hoping to do a little more with them soon .. 3.2 acura engine with a 6 month warranty.. I have now put 60k on the engine and this engine doesn't drink any oil in a course of 8k miles .. they told me the car / donar had 220k what ever its a work horse .. and the car has been driven from Florida and back to nh .. guys great job .. I order a rear bumper assembly and they called me for pick up and I asked them before i lshow up if it’s in good condition and they said yes and after driving almost 2 hours I find out the bumper it has a scratches and it’s broken. this is unprofessional work.
I highly recommend Bow Auto Parts if you’re looking for parts that are the highest quality. But just as important is the personal attention the sales people give you with their professional knowledge and follow through. I worked with Eric who specializes in Lexus equipment. He stayed in contact with me through texting and with phone conversations so he knew exactly what to order for my vehicle. Then he was able to get me an upgrade for a little bit more, the part arrived a day earlier than expected making it a smooth transition for installation. If there were more than 5 stars I would give them. Overall I’m giving Bow Auto Parts an A+ rating.
They didn’t have the part I was looking for but graciously called around and found it for me. So friendly and accommodating and the antique collection of cars and gas station relics was like something from a museum. Highly recommend!
