The owner came out to a new construction site to tow my rig out of 2' mud. His response time was extremely fast, about a 30min wait. Was very professional and worked quickly. It showed the amount of extensive experience he has. Only charged me about 450$, that's close to half of the typical cost! Highly recommend! His Dachshund he rolls around with is also adorable!
I only got to meet the nephew him and his girlfriend, I think, but for the most part pretty nice people real nice people except for the bill is the $7,000 but hey I guess that's not that bad compared to something Bathroom rank-ometer NA
Got my trailer stuck in the mud last night they came out. Were extremely respectful and nice. Even after the Heavy Wrecker blow hydraulic hose they didn’t give up or get mad and leave me high and dry. The owner had his son come out with a Medium truck and they pulled me out. In my honest opinion they were worth the $600 it cost to pull me out. I will be suggesting them to everyone I know who ever needs a tow or pull around the Mt Vernon IL. The setup for selling my vehicle was simple enough. However, the process of towing the car was more stressful than it should have been. My time window for pick up was 1pm to 5pm, but my tow truck driver was late. He did call me with updates are 3:30 pm, and did not arrive until 6:30pm. I had to ask him multiple times to fill out my Title and Notice of Sale as he didn't seem to want to provide his information. He also attempted to buy the vehicle for a higher cash offer and did not accept my "no" until my partner stepped in. He forgot to write my check and asked me if he was supposed to pay me when I inquired about it. I think this would have been a more pleasant experience if I had a different tow truck driver. Overall, it made me feel like I was being scammed. Not sure if I would recommend or use this company again.
Online process was super easy and quick. Call ahead to schedule pick up next day. Davendra provided awesome service there as well. Missed the call being at work, but the driver was available the minute I was off. No hassle! Was honest about the vehicle and received full amount quoted online. From start to finish this was an amazing experience.
Bought a truck frame. Asked them point blank if it was wrecked. Answer was no. Once I got it home and got it stripped down, I could tell it was bent. They would not make it right. I was stuck with a junk frame.
