I read through several reviews on this family owned business and people are crazy! This was one of the best salvage businesses i have dealt with. Very friendly on the phone called me back promptly with shipping quote so we could get the transaction taken care of at pretty much the end of her day. Honestly some of the reviews scared me as the replies seemed rather in your face That said, I called them for a part today. They got back to me quickly about the part and had it pulled in an hour. They are further out than the the orders but honestly the level of service ordering the part and definitely in collecting the part is very well worth it. The lady in the office was super friendly and helpful so I’ll definitely do business here again!!

My car started giving me issues while driving from Willmar to St. Paul. Everything closed at 5 that I could find online, but it was nearly 5:30 and I had no clue who to call or where to go. I tried to just limp it along (I was outside of Montrose) when I saw a sign for Hickman's and the lights were still on. They were so kind to help me and get me a band-aid fix that ultimately got me to where I needed to be! Thank you so very much!!!
