Today I had to return a engine that I had bought from.them last month. Unfortunately it was bad. They made it right and now I have a replacement for it.
Very great customer service I am looking for a passenger headlight for a Chevy Malibu 2013 they did not have it in stock but he said he will call around and try to find me one and I literally called like 20 different junkyards trying to find a headlight and nobody would help me in this man was so sweet and he is helping me these people have excellent customer service

Took my information, asked how much I wanted for it, I said I was calling places to get the best price, he said they'd try and beat my other offer, told then I had an offer for 410, they said they would match it (after just telling me they'd try and beat it) and asked if we had a deal. I responded with, why shouldn't I go with the other place if it's the same deal? So he snapped at me "well darlin, I guess you better go with them! Bye and immediately hung up the phone. Spoke to two gentlemen inside the office I assumed they were the owners extremely knowledgeable and about automobiles and general I recommend this Savage place highly on my list you will more than likely be doing your self a favor if you ever want to need a automobile parts from these guys, and I am not just whistling Dixie

Went by to look for a part and the door was locked and a sign on the door said to call a number because they were in the shop working, no problem. I called a couple of times and no answer but I figured that they couldn't get to the phone,no biggie. Next day I went by and the sign was on the door again but I got thru this time, they didn't have what I was looking for this time but I have bought from them before and they were good to deal with.
When you need a part don't go here, she's never open and doesn't answer the phone. The owner let's her personal life come before her business.

Cool ppl fair prices there are two scrap yards in town but this place realistically a salvage yard that does buy backs so if you find something useful I'd take it to the desk and negotiate an offer I haven't been poking around at the pull a part area yet but I know where to go if I need certain things very down to earth nice ppl and every thing you see you can't get as long as it's up for grabs and available if You just ask and be safe pulling it and bring the right pull tool you never know what you may find when you hule a load of pig iron in on the scale but I prefer that place over that other 704 salvage yard in town and their low ball scrap prices I believe it was nicknamed car farm because the grow spare car parts in that field and process the pig iron for recycling only thin and it's probly state law not to buy a whole vehical there I think because of state regulation not just their rules but if I need to tweak out on a vehical for parts to a project at my garage and need a used part that won't cost a arm leg and kidney type budget otherwise like that old Jhonny Cash song .. ( one pice at a time.. lol
