A little pricey, and had an extremely backwoods, country, something from a movie kind of vibe to it 😆 but they had exactly what I needed!! You can pull or they can pull for you. …

Craig and his associates were pleasant to work with. They gave me a great price for my vehicle. Gotta love that they'll pick it up for you and pay you on the spot. I've posted Craig's card at work so others can have a great experience like I did. Will definitely use them again if needed and would recommend them to anyone.

I came in with bald tires about to pop and saw really good tread on tires on a totaled 07 Ford Escape that fit my 99 Mountaineer, and although I did have to call 5 different phone numbers to get in touch with somebody, they came out to see me immediately once I did. I paid a great price for the 4 tires and rims, and they installed them without any question at all to see if they'd fit. They seemed to fit, I paid in cash and they told me, quote, "Go a few miles down the road, and if anythings wrong, come back and we'll make it right." When's the last time you heard THAT from a business? I went down the road a few miles, noticed a rim in the front was bent. Unfortunately I took too long and they went back to the shop, so I called them. They drove all the way back to the salvage yard AGAIN and took them all off, put the tires on my old rims, and put em back on. This is literally the best auto experience I've ever had. I just got charged $226 for a $20 serpentine belt to be installed, and they didn't even weave the belt through my tensioner. It really shows you how messed up business and integrity has actually gotten, but certainly makes you appreciate the FEW and FAR inbetween places that truly care, regardless of who leaves some stupid review or tells their friends. Amazing guys, rough around the edges but they WILL take care of you.
