Outstanding outfit. I got a flat coming across the bay bridge and pulled off and they really went above and beyond. I had a meeting to catch and left the car with them and they were able to get a used tire the exact same brand on the car within an hour of my return. Terrible and bad customer service, the phone is answered by a really rude person, with no education, if he doesn't like to bring information of his service, products or his business he can close it or they can hire another person who wants to help the customers. Check how many bad reviews that business has for that person, he es extremely rude, if for example you ask to repeat something, he starts to say"ohhh my God". There are many good places around the area where you can buy your parts, but please don't buy here.
Great shop of hardworking dudes. Helped me get a starter for my 2003 325i. Call ahead but beware they won't waste their time and pull any parts until you're there.

Marcus took care of all the details in one phone call, confirming the fair price offered on their website for my old Prius (i.e., 252,000 miles old) and making the whole process painless. Their driver showed up on time on the next business day and wrote the check for exactly the amount offered (unlike the experiences described in reviews for some of their competitors). This place is awesome. Living on a tight budget makes Pick n Pull an important part of saving money for my family. Great customer service at this place with lots of cars in stock. The yard stock changes frequently, so don't sit on a car you see because it might not be there too long.
Poor experience trying to buy a car. Went there on a Sunday afternoon to see a Toyota 4runner for sale in the builder section. There were two guys who were ahead of me looking at the car as well and only one employee to help, and that was fine, but the car wouldn't start (typicall) but I stood there an hour while these guys tried to jump start it, then diagnose a starter problem, then enlist help from passer by's and it went on and on. After they gave up and left with out buying it, I said I wanted it and I would give $200 more than the asking price just to be told that they promised it the the other guys tomorrow. when did pick n pull get in the business of selling promises? I thought they sold car parts. They told me to come back tomorrow and if the guys hadn't bought it they would sell it to me. Bad business practice.
