Very honest people, will give you what you actually deserve for what you bring in and won't take advantage of people who don't know what they're doing. (Like me) even offered me a beverage while I was there! Great place, better than all the rest around.

I had a cracked rim I had no idea what to do with. Someone told me to take it to Mr. Flowers and he'd buy it from me. He did indeed! I am a Kalamazoo native but I was sleep on this little spot! Mr. Flowers and his boys are some of the most polite businessmen I've met to date. No hassel, no complaints. Not only do they buy scrap rims they buy used cars (running and not) and will come pick it up! They sell tires as well as some parts. I have just learned about them, but trust I will continue to do business here. I'll call them first the next time I need somethingfor my car. #shoplocal

Working with Car Brain, they put me in touch with these jokers. We scheduled a pickup of my old vehicle for today, and nobody showed up. No call. I left work early to meet this time slot offered (last avail for the day) only to never see or hear from anyone. This is one unhappy dude. Update- I was able to schedule the pickup. They basically insisted they DID calk me 6 times, left a text message, etc. I never saw any missed calls or got a text message. Usually if I make a mistake, I apologize and move on. This company lied to save face. Enough said.
Showed up early, called to confirm before hand, super nice tow driver, took the plate off for me. Cash in hand, and even sent me a text after all was done to make sure I received the agreed upon cash and that I was happy! I will refer everyone to them! They were great! Thanks Cash4Cars!
Great experience! I was told they had a part I needed. I called up to verify and Chris was very helpful. He verified they had the part and explained to me the process. I did the two hour drive up there. He explained his guys were removing a part for another customer and after that they would get to mine. In a reasonable amount of time they were back with my part. I paid what we agreed upon ahead of time and was on my way. As others have described, they were very friendly, reasonable in how long I had to wait, and the price was very fair. I would definitely do the drive again if they had a part I needed.
Called in for to see if they had some parts, went there and took the parts off of the vehicles myself and when going to pay I was told an even higher price than what I was told before even after I found out and explaining to them how the parts where broken, put them back and left, never had bad service there until now but will not be going back.

With her wonderful southern twang, she not only spoke with me about their salvaging pricing and policies, but we also spoke at length for the pure fun of it! She is truly an amazing human being. I am very happy with my experience. If a company can keep such a personable, caring, and funny person around, you know they are doing something right.
