Being able to talk to someone on the phone for 2 minutes would be a lot more simple then have to go thru all the stuff on your website.
Excellent place to go get your parts you pull yourself prices are very very reasonable
Staff was extremely helpful, was able to give me a list of all the parts that were compatible with my vehicle. Pricing was very fair, lots of inventory but popular makes were slightly picked over.
Within an hour of calling to ask for an estimate, the wrecker was arriving to pick up the car. They also offered more than other companies in the area. Definitely a good experience with great service.
Very honest people, will give you what you actually deserve for what you bring in and won't take advantage of people who don't know what they're doing. (Like me) even offered me a beverage while I was there! Great place, better than all the rest around.
Extremely HIGH prices on used parts. Same if not more cost than new on most parts. On top of that we pulled the parts. Made it to the counter after pulling bunch of front end parts off a Honda CR-V. Wow, come to find out I could get everything MUCH cheaper off eBay. They were also trying to charge me core charges on non rebuildable plastic and small brackets that mount to the radiator and also tried to charge a warranty fee without telling us. That should come with the parts like every other junk yard in America. LKQ is price gouging on junk parts that literally are about to be crushed. There’s is no reason for this. The purpose of these junk yards is to repurpose cars parts that would otherwise be just wasted. By there high prices this results in more cars just getting crushed and overtime increases overall waste. We did leave the parts there that we pulled. Majorly disappointed, disgusted, will not be back and advise not to go there. Also what’s this mystery coolant on the shelf that looks like sewage water. I highly recommend not using that in your engine unless you want to sell your car to them for scrap.
They charged me $25 to weight a trailer. Never going back to them. Should’ve just left without paying.
