Called and spoke to Alex about junking my 2000 malibu after my mechanic informed me that my head gasket was blown on the car. Besides that the back fender was dented completely in and the trunk wouldn't open , amongst other things. He gave me a great deal with towing included for my bucket. He was prompt and very courteous. I recommend this company to any one that needs to get rid of their junk vehicle!!

I’ve been trying to get rid of my Mercedes ML430 for sometime now and kept getting low-balled by other companies regarding price. Express junk gave me an awesome price! Sold my car to this company after it was broken into and burgled. Was offered $500 for my car the way it was, when they came to pick it up they said they can only give me $380 as the catalytic converter was missing. I had the pictures that their tow truck driver took of the missing part examined by a Honda specialist who showed me that the part was indeed still there and not missing. They scammed me out of what was originally offered. While cleaning out my vehicle i left the EZpass behind which i had not realized until weeks later when i went to look at my statement to find that my EZpass has made several trips in and out of Manhattan since selling my car. I went to their advertised location to speak to them and all I found was a residential building that had a real-estate lockbox on the door.

I was looking to get rid of my 99 Honda Accord and I went with the first place I called. They were paying me a nice amount, more than I was expecting. I had lost the key to the car and I thought I couldn’t get my stuff out, but he told me no problem don’t worry I’ll get it open. He took off plates and It was such a quick transaction. I will definitely use this company again and he was so nice and professional.
