I was impressed with this company's swift response. They efficiently removed my damaged car. Also, made the process stress-free and offered competitive pricing.

Sold my car to this company after it was broken into and burgled. Was offered $500 for my car the way it was, when they came to pick it up they said they can only give me $380 as the catalytic converter was missing. I had the pictures that their tow truck driver took of the missing part examined by a Honda specialist who showed me that the part was indeed still there and not missing. They scammed me out of what was originally offered. While cleaning out my vehicle i left the EZpass behind which i had not realized until weeks later when i went to look at my statement to find that my EZpass has made several trips in and out of Manhattan since selling my car. I went to their advertised location to speak to them and all I found was a residential building that had a real-estate lockbox on the door.

WOW. This place rocks!! I called before 10am and my car was picked up before 11am. Polite service and a good deal on the spot no funny dance of begging for help . I would highly recommend looking them up if you need this service. They were absolutely wonderful . Thanks guys

I was looking to get rid of my 99 Honda Accord and I went with the first place I called. They were paying me a nice amount, more than I was expecting. I had lost the key to the car and I thought I couldn’t get my stuff out, but he told me no problem don’t worry I’ll get it open. He took off plates and It was such a quick transaction. I will definitely use this company again and he was so nice and professional.

Scammers, overpriced, and completely unhelpful. They scam customers by saying that their prices listed on car-part's website are their "pre-covid" prices, and that the price of the parts in person are actually higher. It's been over three years since the pandemic began, so unless their inventory hasn't changed since then--which is highly doubtful, then they're just getting over on customers by lying about their pre and post covid prices in hopes that you'll just accept defeat and buy whatever it is anyways since you're already there. Never heard of any garbage like that in my life. Also, someone was supposed to help me find parts over the phone and never called me back--twice. Don't waste your time.

I’ve been trying to get rid of my Mercedes ML430 for sometime now and kept getting low-balled by other companies regarding price. Express junk gave me an awesome price!
