Unprofessional, rude, and unorganized. What a shame. Most companies on the island carry a certain level of respect, but these gentlemen just dont act like any other company I have ever dealt with. I really wanted to like them too.

Don’t know how to talk to people very rude.

If you want a simple part. Great. But don't allow them to work on your car... employees know nothing and act as though they do. Staff is rude and unhelpful. Left my car for simple suspension work, it apparently ended up taking 3 months and twice the amount and the car ended up coming out missing parts and damaged, altogether worse than when I originally brought it in.

I had a tough situation and I wasn't sure how to deal with it. We buy junk cars was contacted and the process was easy. They made me an acceptable offer on my car, scheduled a pick up time and the car is gone. If your in a situation with limited outcomes We buy junk cars cartaret was great

Needed to junk my car, they were very helpful over the phone and answered all my questions. They sent a driver out within a couple hours, filled out a receipt for me, and had the car out of my hair easy as can be. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Great guy to buy parts from never failed me I’ve been dealing with them for over 10 yr never had a issues or return anything good honest man
