Always my first choice for used parts. Priced reasonably, parts are good and taken off correctly without things getting broke. Great people. I prefer patronizing local small businesses with great service like this one. They are always faithful but Rangers lead the way. Lol
Horrible customer service you basically have to have the part number of what your looking for or they will talked to you like a your a three year old . eBay it is lol

Pricing could be better, but I was treated respectfully and fairly so far. I will update my rating and review when the issue is fully resolved, as we know things are subject to change. He went above and beyond to make sure my experience turned the best possible way that it could have. I really couldn't ask for more. The fastest no wait used auto parts place around. They got my engine pulled out of the vehicle in an hour and loaded it within 2 minutes once I arrived to pick it up. Outstanding! Good prices too.
Went to the Dayton location on 1/1/2023 around 11am. Both of the employees at the counter were friendly and helpful. A map of the lot with the row numbers would be very helpful. Maybe they have it available but I didn't ask for it. Realistically, don't expect much if you're looking for a seats unless the car has only been there for days or perhaps a few weeks.
Terrible place to buy auto parts from! They sell broken auto parts and just try to scam you out of your money! They're wishy washy when it comes to their own return policy. They also do not have anything on their walls on the counters etc. Stating that they don't do refunds on car parts that they sell that are already broken unless you pay a restocking fee and also they racially profile people and the owners son is not professional AT ALL! He's very aggressive and is just bad for business!! I would not recommend anyone I know going there! Toledo Auto Parts has the best deals and service if you ask me!

The company made it easy to sell my car (which was really too broken to repair for a reasonable price). The most amazing thing was receiving a phone call from them while I was still on their website. It was literally a span of 5 minutes after entering my phone number.
