Gave me a price I was agreeable with, but ghosted me ever since. I have called daily until today. Sad this business has so many good reviews yet their low level of professionalism is apparent. The first time I called the person answered the phone mid-speaking like a sailor to someone next to him. No customer wanting to give you guys business should have to sit wondering/ guessing if you are still working with us. Not sure why this had to happen but all it takes is a simple follow-up and I called multiple times once again. *just got a call and I had the chance to, like here, tell them how business works and how easy it was for him to navigate finding my contact info and giving me a piece of his mind. I'm sorry you are upset about a bad review; however I wasted more than half a day waiting on your towing company to get back up with me after agreeing to working with me, there's nothing else to say. I edited this review and found his upset reply at the the same time. This business owner called and validated and verified he knows I have my title. This is very poor ethics and bad taste towards your clients how you are treating the community.

These guys are awesome! Super friendly. Not only did they pay well for the car that they picked up, but they also sold me a newer vehicle for a great price. They will take good care of you here!

Don't sell them your car they are a 1/3 of what other people pay totally unreasonable, wasted all kinds of time with these people on the phone, in general this particular location is also Rude, I got screamed at for standing and looking into the yard from outside the gate "man said don't you see a stop sign". No thank you I do see a stop sign and no I will not give you 1 penny of my business

Great team and all around great people to talk to. My wife was in an accident recently and as soon as I call them they’re ready and fast. They got here understood the situation and grabbed the car without question and we even shared some laughs. In this time where I was worried and shaken these guys came out and made sure they did the job with peak professionalism and vigor. The best small tow company in Wisconsin hands down. It’ll be a disservice to yourself if you don’t call them when you need them.

Always in and out. The guy at the front is always cool. The little Hispanic guy that handles copper and other materials is very rude. I would be willing to give more stars but customer service sucks literally bc of him in my experience so far.

Business was unable to accept my vehicle at the prescribed time and never notified me. Second appt took another week to make. On the day of the 2nd appt, despite leaving a voicemail that I was on my way, they never bothered to inform me that they could not accept the vehicle. The next day they accomplished 1 of the 3 tasks that I asked them to perform and said they couldn't complete the other two because they're equipment couldn't handle my vehicle. Been waiting almost three weeks for an oil change and they couldn't even perform that simple task.

They bought my vehicle. One of the top offers . Sales rep was outstanding. Only problem was the towing company.( Co Part). Guy never showed up after he called and said he would be there in 40 min. Wrote down wrong address but never called when he went to the wrong house. I had to call to find out what was going on after sitting and waiting for hours. Ended up rescheduling for another day. Once again, trouble with address. Finally showed up. I helped by backing vehicle down the driveway. Overall the towing pickup experience was a nightmare. Don’t take off of work and if you have AAA, get cash credit and have towed yourself.
