I have seen so many changes during those 40+ years... and I can say that I feel grateful to the the people dedicated to offer US the opportunity to re-use... save money... and save the planet by re-using. I couldn't have been to a worse place. After repeatedly being hung up, by the automated system they have when you call, I decided to go out there, because in the photo the car was complete and had all the parts that I needed. When I got there and found the car it was completely stripped. Talk about a huge waste of time.

Would have been 5 stars but they added a warranty ($20) without asking if I wanted one. I told them I didn't want a warranty after noticing it on my receipt, and they said I should've said so before they charged my card... even though I didn't know I was being charged for a warranty in the first place... I got got, lesson learned! MAKE SURE YOU SAY "I DON'T WANT A WARRANTY" BEFORE PAYING. Also look up the vehicles ahead of time so you know where to find them in the lot. Will still prob be back.
I don't know who answer the phone probably the manager / owner type person..BUT every time I said something he'd repeat it, 5 times ?? Doesn't know how to speak English or or HE graduated from parrot Academy with honors ?? Then I was trying to ask him a question and he hung up on me ..lol...pretty rude for service, what do you expect from a junkyard /// junkyard treatment, buyer *beware !!!

Pretty good visit this time. LKQ as a whole is not on my favorite list every since they've gotten rid of their rewards program (literally overnight) and increased their prices across the board at all locations.🤬 Lines aren't long here. This is one of the smaller yards so if you see something you want here don't wait too long...especially if it is higher end or rare vehicle. Don't forget to get the stock number or they won't let you check out now. You can find it online though, but you have to look at the vehicle on that specific location's site.

Called this place to be greeted by Skip, a class act through and through. After answering all of my questions thoroughly, Donny, another great guy, was on the way with a tow truck. In and out very quick. They seem to actually care about the business they run. Would highly recommend to any of my friends!

This company is great, great service and quick. In less than 24 hours from my call my junk car was picked up and I received DMV paperwork showing release of liability.
