I needed a power window master control switch and searched the internet for hours and wasn't able to find a match for the part I needed. I call Schronce and talk to Bill who order the part and it was there the next day and far cheap than the price I had seen on the internet. Thanks Bill and all the other employee at Schronce used parts I know where to shop from now on.

Every time I want something from then it’s more the a hour wait and the last time I wanted a motor it took the 4 hours to fine it and I lived 1.5 hours away and when they did find it it was not the right motor. This place is just too slow and it needs to be updated for customer service. No one should have to wait that long to get a part.

Warning! Reliable Auto Parts insisted they had no other way to accept payment except taking my credit card info over the phone before they would ship a $106 2010 Honda spindle to me. Because I couldn't find this part anywhere else and I need my vehicle for work I gave them my credit card information. Less than 2 hours later I got a notice from my credit card company that there was an unusual charge to my card using a different phone. Sure enough, someone from "Reliable Auto Parts" had attempted to use my card for a $425 charge at Walmart online. I had to cancel my card immediately. I give this review hoping to protect anyone else from being ripped off. Very sad that they would steal from someone just trying to find an affordable way to get their vehicle running again.

Great place to get lost in thought looking for auto and other parts. They do their best to keep the mud down and offer wheel barrels to haul your tools and parts you get. It saves you money by pulling your own part and you can get all your cussing and kinks worked out there so you are calm and look professional installing your new part on your vehicle in front of the wife haha. These guys are incredibly rude for no reason. We called to ask if they could sell us just the bolts for a lower control arm. They said they could only sell us the entire part. We agreed to that. We drove up there and there were NO bolts on the part. They only told us that they couldn't sell the bolts separately not that there were no bolts on the part. We very politely told them that we didn't want it then. The guy laughed at us and said "we ain't a hardware store" and kept rolling his eyes. There is absolutely no reason to be nasty to people over a misunderstanding. I wouldn't expect such snotty, condescending behavior from men who work at a junk yard. Edit: My husband was the person who called and he had the phone on speaker. We both heard what you said. That isn't the point. We aren't giving you a bad review because of a misunderstanding. These things happen. You are receiving a poor review because it is egregious to laugh and make fun of people over a miscommunication. This is behavior I wouldn't tolerate from my toddler. I certainly would expect better behavior from grown men.

Because of this review they are refusing to warranty my transmission. I called to see if they were going to honor my warrantee and they told me flat out that if i didn't take down my review they would not give me my replacement under warrantee unless i pulled my review and BBB complaint. i guess their 30 day warrantee isn't any good. Update. Transmission is junk. Only reverse, no forward gears. Bought a supposedly tested transmission for an f150 from them. Bottom of the pan is smashed in and there was no filter inside when I went to install a new one. Highly doubt they "tested" it.
