This was our first experience with Novak Auto Parts . The customer service was outstanding. Jim, who assisted me was professional, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely courteous.
over the years, i have bought so many parts daily and vehicles that i have lost count! If they did not have a part in their yard, they did the best they could to locate what i needed.I even had more then half a dozen family members purchase vehicles off them as well, highly recommend !!
