Very friendly with a very large inventory of parts. Like wrecking yards used to be here in the rogue valley 15 or 20 years ago.
Absolutely fabulous customer service! I needed 2 doors and a bumper for my Chevy Silverado! They are located in Klamath Falls, which is a 2 hour drive for me. I had contacted other salvage yards, only to be told "they didn't know if they had the parts or not, " and that I had to come look for myself. The fellas at One Stop, actually looked to see if they had what I needed and despite my doubts, when I arrived they were there! They have me a great deal on my purchase and even accepted a trade! I will definitely be back!

I’ve sourced multiple parts for my s2000 from their eBay store. At this point probably 7-10 parts? Anyways I always find myself choosing them over the competition as the attention to detail is awesome. They provide extensive pictures of the specific product as well as fast shipping ( I’m in Boston and still get them in 2-7 days Depending on size of part) thanks again!!

I bought a used Subaru engine from the Bend location and it couldn't have been easier. We made sure in advance that the motor was ready to go and i spent all of 10 minutes there loading up, guy grabbed a forklift and loaded the engine on a pallet into the back of my van with no issues. Again, couldn't have been any simpler or easier. Will return.

Can no longer pick up parts. Everything that comes in is getting smashed. Brought some brass in. The amount was high enough they had to cut a check. Waited several weeks finally called back and the check was returned along with others but I never received a phone call saying to come pick it up. Other then that the employees are great and helpful.
I was checking how much I could get for a clunker car I have and only interacted on line. The person I chatted with online was helpful and the quote I got was not as much as I was hoping for. Although I didn't end up selling them the car, they were nice and professional. I would recommend talking to them if you have a junker car to sell.
