After a google search for an engine, it led me to Martins. I am in Maryland. So, I was really taking a risk buying the engine. However, these guys were completely honest about everything. They only charged half of what others were charging! They even helped me save on the shipping. The engine purrs like a kitten. Would definitely recommend these guys. Saved me thousands!

Bohanon’s staff is great. The pick through yard is massive and they have a ton of cars to pick from. Was surprised how many newer model cars there were full of good stuff. 6 stars for the review if they install the parts for you lol but changing the door handle was quick outside. Everything fit and had a really easy trip to the local junk yard.

Horrible experience. Went in for something super simple and can put with an even bigger problem. I purchased a windshield wiper arm. It was confirmed that the arm was for the year and make of my car. I asked if I could pay extra for him to put it on and he agreed. He wasn't able to put it on claiming that it was becuase I needed a nut. I noticed that the wipers were no longer working after he tried putting it on. He claimed the wiper motor was not working. The wiper motor was working completely fine prior to him touching my car. I took it to my trusted mechanic and it was confirmed that not only did the wiper arm Hammett sold me was NOT for my year and make car, but he also tore my wiper transmission when he ripped the arm off of it. Prior to me even going to Hammett, I took it by my mechanic to confirm what was needed. It was confirmed that I only needed the arm as the wiper motor and wiper transmission were perfectly fine in great condition, I had also driven the car in the rain the day before and the wiper worked just fine. I called and text the guy who damaged the car and sent photos and I have yet to receive a response. Do not only did i pay $40 for an arm that doesn't fit my car (Oriellys Auto Parts confirmed that the Hammett arm was likely for a 2003 not a 2008), but I also had to pay $75 for the part Hammett broke as well as $75 for a brand new arm from The dealership. This was a $40 fix that ended up costing me $190! This is a real review. I would not suggest taking your car or buying any parts from this company. The honest thing to do would have been to at the very LEAST reimburse me for the arm that didn't fit the car. I gave them that opportunity by calling and texting prior to this review and I didn't receive any response back.

On our most recent visit to Pull A Part, we encountered once again what appears to be par for the course here. The front end personnel are rude and lack knowledge of their own products and services. Today, we just wanted to exchange a battery and were told to wait. After waiting about 15 minutes, we asked if there were any batteries available because we didn't see any. Mind you, associates have walked past us, another was at the computer and she ignored us even after we told her what we needed. Finally a man came to help but at this point frustration has set in. He's asking us for our information which the associate at the computer is inputting and we still don't know if any batteries are available. What purpose would it serve to have our information if there are no batteries because that is all we needed? We asked for a manager but of course, he was the manager. Sigh... The problem is lack of service in a service industry. People choose to visit your establishment, but service brings them back. Pull A Part needs to work on their service because they lost a customer today. We will no longer spend money where we are not valued.

Been coming here for years always great deals always great prices always friendly faces they let you wash their hands they have golf cart rentals they've got it all here the cars parts that I was looking for were pretty picked over this time you guys need to work on that pull apart that's why this is four stars instead of five chop chop

This is a great place that is extremely well run. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. If he doesn’t have what you need, he can point you in the right direction. Has to be one of the best run salvage yards I have visited. Highly recommended. Thank you.
