I’m am so happy I found Parks Breakers! I have been looking for a very specific ZJ part for almost a year and Kiera was able to track one down! Kiera was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic about Jeeps! I am very impressed with their service and will be purchasing all my XJ and ZJ parts from them! I hadn’t investigated the Springville yard for last couple years since opened because I was just visiting my usual places. But this past week on my first trip I bought tons of later model parts for all my cars and my kids’ cars (10-25 year old cars instead of 20+ at other pick your own). I also bought one of their running vehicles that first week for a kid but fell in love with it so it’s now become my own little project car. I also sold them the one I was replacing with it and feel like I got a great price. And the best thing is how clean and how organized they really are. On a 50% off sales day we just whipped right through paying for parts and every step of yard scrounging. I love going scrounging junk yards regularly and have forced my kids and a couple times my wife to go with me. But this Springville yard is actually super fun and we’ll organized. One of my sons came with me on this past Saturday sales trip and he was grinning when we were done and told my wife that I had found all kinds of “shiny” things that I was so excited about.

Paid to have a core support removed and was told it would be two days. 5 days later I was told it would be pulled that next week. Asked for a refund and the lady hung up. Awful customer service, I'd rather drive to Salt Lake for parts.
Options galore. Maybe not some of the latest models, because calling in or stopping by to check vehicle model availability would be best. Purchased a couple of batteries last year that are still working strong. Know your parts and part numbers that your are looking for. Though, the parts counter guys are pretty knowledgeable.
A flawless transaction. Cody was most helpful and knowledgeable. I sent him a photo. He came back with an immediate response and told me the rim would be at Transwest the next day. When I went to pick it up, it was sitting in the front office with an invoice…..ready to go. All of my questions were answered timely and Cody was most pleasant to work with. We bought a special order part (ext mirror heated) in which we stressed the heated part. ABC used parts ordered the part and it was not heated. They refused the return saying we signed a receipt saying no returns on special order. They knew it wasn't heated and lied to us saying it was. We just got scammed. It was not the part that we asked for, ordered ,or was promised. We said it wasn't our fault, you guys ordered it. We were then told it wasn't about who's fault it was since we signed the receipt. We were offered an exchange for a heated one but we had already purchased one elsewhere. Not to mention, they lied the first time, why would I expect any different the second time? I have lived in town since 1978 and quickly remembered why I never go there.
Huge salvage yard with a a great variety of vehicles. Affordable prices and good service. My biggest constructive criticism would be that you all need to be better about uploading photos of new vehicles. Or answer your phone. That way I can see what color a vehicle is, or if the area I'm looking to pull from is damaged without having to drive all the way down there, pay the fee, and come to find out you don't have what I need. I really appreciate these locations and the service they offer, but there are things that could be improved upon.
