I have bought several vehicles from Howards, all in good shape with fair pricing... And when I wrecked my car, the parts I bought were reasonably priced as well. They are honest and friendly people and make it easy to get what you need. I recommend them to everyone I know. 10/10

Don't deal with this company if you don't want to get jerked around for days n days, and nothing to show for it. They offer an amount, say they will send out for a tow. No show, no calls. I call and talk to several individuals saying they will get back to me. Nothing. Then have the nerve to try and renegotiate a price on the phone? Just a whole run around. I found a legit place in Elkhart instead. Don't waste your time.

I had a cracked rim I had no idea what to do with. Someone told me to take it to Mr. Flowers and he'd buy it from me. He did indeed! I am a Kalamazoo native but I was sleep on this little spot! Mr. Flowers and his boys are some of the most polite businessmen I've met to date. No hassel, no complaints. Not only do they buy scrap rims they buy used cars (running and not) and will come pick it up! They sell tires as well as some parts. I have just learned about them, but trust I will continue to do business here. I'll call them first the next time I need somethingfor my car. #shoplocal

Working with Car Brain, they put me in touch with these jokers. We scheduled a pickup of my old vehicle for today, and nobody showed up. No call. I left work early to meet this time slot offered (last avail for the day) only to never see or hear from anyone. This is one unhappy dude. Update- I was able to schedule the pickup. They basically insisted they DID calk me 6 times, left a text message, etc. I never saw any missed calls or got a text message. Usually if I make a mistake, I apologize and move on. This company lied to save face. Enough said.

Super easy and friendly people. Wish I would have called sooner! Had a car sitting in the driveway for 2 years dragging me down. It became an eyesore. I called 4:30pm Thursday, they gave me a quote over the phone, and it was gone Friday during the scheduled appointment window. Was paid in cash the same amount quoted. Lisa, Sue, and Brian made the process simple and painless. If you have a car you want gone give them a call. You will feel a lot better and have extra funds to boot.

Second Experience: Called GLR to scrap an SUV, they put me through with Cars For Cash like they normally do. Gave them all of my information and they said a dispatcher would get a hold of me. This first call was at 9am. I called again around 2pm since I hadn't received a call or text. They put me through FOUR different people, and still no answer. I was told someone would reach out to me. So I waited, no call. 5pm. Guy on the phone doesn't even know what to do, but he says he'll call and text the person responsible and get back with me quickly. 5:30pm, I call them again. Once again he doesn't know what to do other than reassure me that someone will get a hold of me. This whole thing was extremely unprofessional and a waste of my time. Ended up having a local guy scrap my car, and he even gave me a slightly better rate. My first experience with GLR and Cars for Cash went well, but I can't recommend them after what happened to me the second time. I really needed to have this vehicle scrapped asap before I took a small trip outta town, and they did not pull through for me. It's now the next day as a write this review and they still have not texted or called. Thumbs down 👎 I do not recommend. If you do call them, make sure to have a backup plan.
