I drive 85 miles to deal with them only. I'm a Disabled Vet and they treat me with great respect. They get every part I need and it's greatly appreciated. I've been to places where you feel like they don't want customers. Not here. Kudos to all the staff.

You look like hard working decent human beings and have been through so much but you keep going and are strong, I have so much respect for each and every one of yas. Keep your head high and be proud of yourselves as you have not wavered and you just keep doin’ what you have to to make it all work. I pray for your family to one day just get to be. Much love from Ontario 🇨🇦

Customer service is great! They removed my old car from my yard without making a mess! Paid me much more than I was expecting for my Saturn! Sent the check to me right away too!

Our local auto salvage was extremely unresponsive so I started looking on line and came across Rhinelander Auto Salvage. I contacted them and they had all the parts I needed. They were very reasonably priced. Within 48 hours, the parts were delivered. The process was so easy that I will definitely purchase from them whenever I need parts I highly recommend RhinelanderAuto Salvage!.

I have gotten many parts from these guys. Sometimes their prices are a little high, sometimes they are lower then the average. I never leave feeling ripped off though. On some parts they will already have the part picked and ready to go, slightly more expensive I think but it is much more convenient. I've only purchased one mechanical part (windshield wiper motor) and they had it already picked for me. I've taken friends from Michigan Tech here multiple times for parts. Much cheaper then new and for a student on a budget these guys have basically kept my car looking good and running. My only complaint is that the hubs and corresponding hub caps are removed from the cars. Spent a few months trying to find a hub cap for my Blazer. On average expect to pay no more then 1/2 the price new for the part, usually even less. Only complaint is that in places it is heavily overgrown. Wish they'd have someone go back there with a weed whacker or something. Also for the most part you can not get under the cars yourself, they are all resting on the frame since they removed the tires. Overall they are always my first stop for used parts.
Staff was extremely helpful, was able to give me a list of all the parts that were compatible with my vehicle. Pricing was very fair, lots of inventory but popular makes were slightly picked over.
Best prices around!
