This was my first time going to a pick n pull, and I read a lot of the reviews before I went to get a sense of what I'm getting myself into. I tried calling the number on Google and it rang for 2 minutes before disconnecting. The Pick N Pull website was very helpful in finding what car I was looking for and if they have any in stock. Once I got there, I was expecting much worse customer service considering the reviews I read. The people there, although not enthusiastic, were very helpful for someone who's never been to a pick n pull before. After they gave me a map and the cars I was looking for. You are pretty much on your own at that point. When you are there you always run the risk that you won't find what you are looking for, and I knew that going in. Thankfully I was able to find what I was looking for and only paid a total of $9 for the entire trip.

Love getting down and dirty picking out parts. Huge selection but you have to get in early once the car is on the lot or you’ll not find what you want. Sign in the waiver and pay two dollars to get in. You can use your receipt to go to another location if it’s that same day. Portables for bathrooms. You can also ask them for specific vehicles in their database before you head in.
Poor experience trying to buy a car. Went there on a Sunday afternoon to see a Toyota 4runner for sale in the builder section. There were two guys who were ahead of me looking at the car as well and only one employee to help, and that was fine, but the car wouldn't start (typicall) but I stood there an hour while these guys tried to jump start it, then diagnose a starter problem, then enlist help from passer by's and it went on and on. After they gave up and left with out buying it, I said I wanted it and I would give $200 more than the asking price just to be told that they promised it the the other guys tomorrow. when did pick n pull get in the business of selling promises? I thought they sold car parts. They told me to come back tomorrow and if the guys hadn't bought it they would sell it to me. Bad business practice.

An absolute horror! Ordered engine for Audi A6. It was low mileage and according to them in perfect condition. After payment was received it took a week to ship it. Later we understood why. The engine was from heavily damaged car and piece of block where engine mount bracket is bolted was broken. They JB welded it and painted that side of block. Seriously!!! Upon receiving the engine and once noticed their petty attempt to hide an obvious problem we informed them and ask for a solution. Been told that they will send us another lower mileage engine but it will take about 2-3 weeks to ship it. Car had to be released from insurance. So we waited. The second engine arrived and even before unwrapped it we knew that something was very wrong. Engine sat on its flywheel and pulley was totally corroded. Removed the wrap just to find out that they sent us a CORE!!! They didn’t even bother to remove “FOR PARTS” written on rear chain cover. I am trying to upload a photos but the system is screwed. We refused to receive engine and told them they can have it back. We also informed them that we will send them first engine at our own cost. After we got confirmation from shipper that engine was delivered we tried to call them for refund. Well guess what? We called from different phone numbers but it seems like they blocked whole 403 area code. So after two months of torture we spent around 950$ on extra fees and expenses and we have no engine. Way to go! Message for the owner before he tells I never bought from them : I am using this account for review. It belongs to my friend. Sincerely, Robert Sabo

This place is awesome. Living on a tight budget makes Pick n Pull an important part of saving money for my family. Great customer service at this place with lots of cars in stock. The yard stock changes frequently, so don't sit on a car you see because it might not be there too long.
