Oh wow, if we knew about this place and came here first we could have saved lots of $$. This huge place where salvage vehicles of all ages and models are resting to offer you used parts that you use your own tools to remove. A 30-day warranty in case that part needs to be returned. The whole lot is rocked, no grass or weeds anywhere. Inventory is searchable online. Prices are extremely reasonable. Nice folks run this place and it's open when working folks have time to come.
I've been to several dozen salvage yards over the years and Pull-A-Part has some of the best prices around. The Columbia yard definitely has the best service of all the yards that I've visited. Whether you need a specific part or if you're a yard explorer/hobbyist/DIYer like me, this is the place where you'll find it at a fair price. And don't forget it's super easy to set up notifications for when favorite cars become available in inventory.
Friendly service and cheap prices. I accidentally left a $300 special socket set on the printer counter came back the next day and the staff was quick to help check the cameras and find my tools. A employee spotted them and put them in the office. Thanks for saving me on that one Pull-A-Part.

Ordered a passenger side rear lens for a 2009 Mercedes ML 350, received it quickly and on time however it was the wrong one. I Contacted the company by phone, left several messages and never received an email or return call at all and it’s been over a month now. Stuck with the wrong product, I can even use. Hopefully the will call me to resolve the problem.

Smith motors sold me a bad transmission, after I had to pay labor to a mechanic to pull my old transmission out to put in this one and then to pull that one back out. Being that I wouldn’t have my car to drive I went ahead and left my car with the mechanic to just repair my old transmission. Smith motors refused to give me a full refund on the bad part that they sold me. They offered a replacement transmission which I did not need anymore, The only other option they offered was a 25% return fee on the broken part they gave me. They sold me a bad part waste my time and my money and come out $135 positive...

Because of this review they are refusing to warranty my transmission. I called to see if they were going to honor my warrantee and they told me flat out that if i didn't take down my review they would not give me my replacement under warrantee unless i pulled my review and BBB complaint. i guess their 30 day warrantee isn't any good. Update. Transmission is junk. Only reverse, no forward gears. Bought a supposedly tested transmission for an f150 from them. Bottom of the pan is smashed in and there was no filter inside when I went to install a new one. Highly doubt they "tested" it.
