After wrecking a car I bought new twenty years ago I was left with finding the parts on my own because body shops couldn’t find them. Honestly I’d like to point out a couple that went way above my expectations but it was actually everyone I dealt with at Pull-a-Part that was great. Funny but everyone I’ve told about using them said they’re their go-to place for sure. Hopefully I won’t have to deal with parts for a while but I feel better knowing where to go if I do. I just got a transmission from them and the lady was so nice. Great service. I'll keep you updated. Well it's been a week. I've called. I've emailed. They did answer the email to ask if there shipping information was rite. It was but still nothing. When I called they said I should have gotten it Monday or Tuesday. It's Thursday and still no tracking number. Hey I just wanted to let everyone know. I got the transmission and it was exactly what I needed. It's been doing good. I will use them in the future. Great people

Wont be coming back here. Needed a rear end asap for the truck I make money with . Drove an hour and half for it to find out they won’t use the tow motors on Saturdays (which is the only day I can come) so I can’t get the truck up to get the rear end out from under the truck. I had a 3 and 1/2 ton jack they wouldn’t compromise with me on using so I hassled around with the truck for 4 and a half hours trying to get it out with no help from the staff. Will not come back here and recommend everyone to stay away if you need anything big and important. If I could give a 0 star I would

Same story as everyone else. Bought an engine at market value described as complete. Showed up missing the turbo, high pressure fuel pump and ignition coils. Service after the sale states "you buy long block." Invoice states "engine assembly"
They had everythang, But they did NOT have a ford explorer left side quarter window vent. They couldn't help me. But they are nice and pointed me in the right direction.
